This photo was taken for the sole purpose of showing off the layers of my sleeves. In most of my photos, all you can see is the overpowering white of the outer haori, but I actually do have two full under kimono on under there. Not a good idea in the middle of summer in Paris, let me tell you now... and then there was the felt hat. D: Why don't we have any conventions in wintertime...?
Well, the red one is really roughly sewn... but it was my first finished project... so what if the collar stops abruptly halfway down...? The sleeves look awesome, anyway... D: The character is, once again, Fujiwara no Sai from Hikaru no go. |
